Hi everyone,
It's important to have fun during the training but training is no funny business. Corporate layoffs, outsourcing, tighter margins available with firms of investment in learning and development has hightened demand for training to be a contributory rather than a support function.
One of the aims of the this blog is to share ideas, best practices among practitioners, track changes in workplace learning, as well as identify anticipated trends, effectiveness of learning and talent development practices, trends in learning and development.
